Division I
Isaiah Fox - ‘00 Forward - Long Island University
Current Team - Maine Nordiques NAHL
Previous Teams
19-20 Maine Nordiques - 50GP-16G-21A-37Pts
18-19 Holderness School - 31GP-30G-24A-54Pts
Scouting Summary
Fox has really developed his game over the last couple of seasons. In prep school, he was known as a crafty forward who could either set up a teammate for a goal or generate offense himself. He has always been a smart player but has really taken the next step in his game at the junior level, as he has learned how to play in the interior of the ice. In prep he would play too much to the outside, he now knows how to create space for himself and does so without putting his body in harms way. Given the steps he has taken from prep to junior, he will be a player that progresses each year in college. Long Island University gets a strong player who is still improving, perfect for the upstart program.
Alex Zakrzewski - ‘04 Defense - Brown University
Current Team - Rochester Coalition U16
Previous Team
19-20 Buffalo Jr. Sabres 15U- 58GP-5G-13A-18Pts
Scouting Summary
Zakrzewski is a gifted skater that uses his mobility to his advantage. Even though he is on the smaller side, he is effective as a defender as he is able to get anywhere on the ice quickly. He has a knack for creating space for himself on defensive regroups with tight, powerful skating and escapability. As a puck mover there is a lot to get excited about, as he scans the ice extremely well and distributes the puck at a high level. Assuming he continues to physically develop, Brown is getting a nice college prospect with a lot of tools in his tool box.
Stephen Willey - ‘01 Forward - Army West Point
Current Team - New Jersey Titans NAHL
Previous Teams
19-20 Trinity Pawling (C) - 24GP-15G-9A-24Pts
18-19 Trinity Pawling - 24GP-11G-9A-20Pts
Scouting Summary
Willey is a prototype two way forward who fits Army’s structure perfectly. He has always been a north south type of player who loves to get to the greasy areas of the ice. The production he has had is usually created by creating havoc below the goal line. Since his days with Trinity Pawling, he has had a motor that does not stop and is an under rated producer. Away from the puck, he does a lot of things well and will only continue to develop under the New Jersey Titans coaching staff. He will be an immediate impact guy for Army when he steps on campus.
Division III
Pallen Brooks - ‘01 Forward - Arcadia University
Current Team - Charlotte Rush USPHL Premier
Previous Teams
19-20 South Shore Premier - 34GP 8G-12A-20pts
19-20 South Shore NCDC - 8GP 0G-2A-2pts
18-19 Colorado Thunderbirds U18- 30GP 11G-22A-33pts
Scouting Summary
Brooks has been impressive early in his first season with the Rush as he appears to have found his identity as a player under the Rush coaching staff. He has always been a player that plays with a ton of pace and has always had the ability to produce offensively. In past years, he has struggled with his consistency to his game but he looks to have corrected that this season. His size and skill will be very impactful for Arcadia, if he continues to play in high traffic areas, he has the potential to be a high producer at the division III level.
Jackson Legro - ‘00 Defensemen - Lebanon Valley College
Current Team - Boston Junior Rangers EHL
Previous Teams
19-20 Blind River Beavers NOJHL - 16GP-1G-3A-4pts
19-20 Espanola Express NOJHL - 35GP- 2G-11A-13pts
18-19 New Hampshire Monarchs USPHL - 53GP 2G-10A-12pts
Scouting Summary
The big tough physical defensemen stands at an imposing 6’3 225LBS and was listed in our early season top EHL top 50 prospect list. He has experience in Canadian Junior in the NOJHL and has been a workhorse for the Junior Rangers this year thus far. In the defensive zone he is extremely difficult to play against as he arrives aggressively in corner battles. In the net front he clears sight lines for goaltenders and his reach allows him to clear out rebounds with ease. His shot from the point is heavy and accurate as he is not afraid to fire the puck. Lebanon Valley is getting a player that should be an immediate impact guy for them next season.
Preview - October 2020 Goalies to Watch
Dylan Meilun - ‘01 Goaltender - Winkler Flyers - MJHL
The 6’4” Morden, MB native plays a pro, coverage style game, using his size to his advantage. Movement laterally, with slides or skating is powerful and controlled. The second year goaltender is currently battling some tracking issues, and will need to clean up his game if he is to improve on last years number. Meilun is a competitor and has the makings of an elite, large frame goaltender.
Jake Sibell - ‘00 Goaltender - Aberdeen Wings - NAHL
The 3rd year goaltender plays a quick butterfly style with great athleticism. Sibell has great reading ability and can make lunging lateral pad saves with ease. The 6’0” goaltender plays in a low hands stance, and relies on his depth control to make key saves.
Noah Altman - ‘00 Goaltender - Bismarck Bobcats - NAHL
The 6’5” goaltender utilizes a wide base and coverage style of play, relies on T-pushes for long distance movements, and looks to end plays with first shot. Altman a good feel for the game, and will just need to find some consistency to really become noticed. After a below average last year in Wenatchee of the BCHL, Altman is looking to have a bounce back season with Bismarck.
Aidan Harper - ‘01 Goaltender - Rockets Hockey Club - USPHL NCDC
Harper is a calm, yet explosive goaltender who can make sprawling saves look effortless. The 6’2” goaltender has great flexibility, and is quick in his slide movements. Harper does a great job limiting rebounds, and is ready to make the second save on the few rebounds he gives up. The UMass-Lowell commit is looking like a Goaltender of the Year nominee, on a rejuvenated Rockets NCDC squad.
Tristan Mecenas - ‘02 Goaltender - Cap Cod Whalers - U18 AAA
The 6’4” goaltender skates very well and has a confident, aggressive approach to making saves. Mecenas has a big presence in the crease, tracks down on pucks and covers the lower half of the net very well. Common for large goaltenders, the Governer’s Academy goaltender struggles at times with pucks finding ways through him. However, there is a lot to like about this goaltender, as these struggles can be corrected.

Swan Valley Stampeders - 5-1-0-0
Swan Valley opened the season with a 4 game sweep of the OCN Blizzard, followed by a split with Waywayseecappo. League leader in points Hadyn Delorme (4G 9A 13pts) leads the deep forward group, including skilled ‘01 forward Alex Danis and ‘00 forward Jackson Zloty, who has a point in every game he’s played. The Stampeders rely on their neutral zone positioning and aggressive forcheck to drive their offense.
Scouting Notes
Haydn Delorme - ‘00 Forward - Swan Valley Stampeders
Delorme is a skilled forward that has a nose for the net. He’s creative on the offside half wall on the powerplay, and had a beautiful seam pass on the game winning goal. Has a creative side, can see the game a step ahead of everyone else, which him to create scoring opportunities, and he’s not afraid of physicality as shown by his fight.
Alex Danis - ‘01 Forward - Swan Valley Stampeders
Danis has good speed and is shifty on his edges which allows him to create. He has good vision, and always has head up looking to make a play. Danis has good speed and hockey sense which allows him to be effective on penalty kill.
