James Hagens - USNTDP
Team White
A late cut from this years Team USA World Junior roster, the crafty, playmaking Hagens is the only prospect eligible for the 2025 draft playing in the All American Game. A dynamic skating wing who won’t be hard to miss, the Boston College commit is 2nd in pts at USNTDP overall (29GP 15G 29A), and leads the team in points (7G 13A) vs USHL opponents.
Cole Eiserman - USNTDP
Team Blue
Eiserman was left off Team USA’s Word Junior camp invitee list as an underage, but the BU commit is one of the top pure goal scorers in this draft class. The A rated prospect has 11G 5A in 10 USHL games, 29G 21A in 28 games overall this season.
John Mustard - Waterloo Blackhawks
Team White
The former North Jersey Avalanche and Bergen Catholic forward has been catching the eyes of scouts since late October. 16G 15A in 29 games so far this season, good for top 10 in points, and top 5 in goals. Watch Mustards ability on the puck to read and react quickly, has shown his shot can be lethal from both in tight and distance.
Sacha Boisvert - Muskegon Lumberjacks
Team Blue
Teams looking for skill and size through the middle of the ice will be keeping an eye on Boisvert. The projected first rounder is top 10 in points (31), top 3 in goals (19), showing his scoring release with the skillful hands to create new space for opportunities.
Kaden Shahan - Sioux City Musketeers
Team Blue
The UConn commit had 21 goals in 57 games last season for Sioux City, he now sits tied for the USHL goal scoring lead with 21 goal in 27 games. Just 6 assists and a -1 on the season, Shahan has some more development needed but has the ability to finish plays.
Austin Burnevik - Madison
Team Blue
Former USNTDP wing had a hot December and is certainly catching attention of pro scouts due to his scoring touch and size at 6’4”. Currently sits tied for USHL goal scoring lead with 21 goals, 15 assists as well in 29 games. Burnevik, a St Could Commit, has been held shot-less in a game only once this season, which then resulted in a 8 game streak of 4+ shots.
Michael Hage - Chicago Steel
Team White
Despite a tough year for Chicago this season, Have has been a driver, leading the Steel in points (31) and goals (14). At 6’1”, the Michigan commit has a way to make everyone around him better, a creative playmaker led by his skating ability.
Trevor Connelly - Tri-City Storm
Team Blue
Connelly has found his scoring touch lately, tallying 7 of his 11 goals of the season in his last 8 games + an impressive showing at the World Jr A Challenge (6GP 6G 5A). Has that dynamic skating ability that allows him to create for both self and line mates. Still adding the power and weight to 6’1” frame.
Defenseman
Cole Hutson - USNTDP
Team Blue
Cole has some similarities to his brother Lane, deceptive, creative puck mover who is slightly undersized at 5’10”. Has put up 26 pts (8G 18A) in 32 games this season.
Adam Kleber - Lincoln Stars
Team White
The tallest player on the rosters at 6’5”, Kleber has shown he can be more than a physical, imposing righty hander. 4G 10A on the season, 2G 7A +9 in last 10 games.
John Whipple - USNTDP
Team Blue
The Minnesota commit is a mature defensive defenseman with a calm nature on the puck. An active skater manages gaps and reads plays quickly, consistent in the fine details. Has tallied just 12A in 32 games this season, posting 4G 9A in 60 games last year for the U17’s.
Goaltenders
Caleb Heil - Sioux Falls
Team Blue
A key goaltender to watch, as Heil has the athleticism and composure to catch pro scout’s attention. The North Dakota commit was strong for the United States in the 2023 Hlinka Gretzky Cup, and participated in the 2023 World Junior A Challenge in December.
Jack Parsons - USNTDP
Team Blue
A very technical goaltender with size at 6’3”, Parsons has the technique and size. Committed to Providence, Parsons has a 8-7-2 record, 4.06 GAA and .850 save % in 18 games.
Nick Kempf - USNTDP
Team White
Numbers wise, Kempf has been the better of the 2 USTNDP goaltenders 11-3-1 in 17 appearances, 2.68 GAA and a .915 save %. The Chicago Mission product and Notre Dame commit has the height at 6’2”, with quick, active hands getting at pucks.
Thatcher Bernstein - Dubuque Fighting Saints
Team White
Bernstein got more opportunity when goatending partner Kevin Reidler joined Sweden at the World Juniors, playing in just 10 games so far this season, 5 since December. A great opportunity for a raw prospect who uses his large 6’3” frame and long arms to maximize coverage.
