Scouting notes on early season top performers from the EHL, NA3HL and USPHL Premier
Simon Marshchanok - ‘05 Forward - Potomac Patriots USPHL
Scoring goals in all but one game this season, Marshchanok has quickly put up 10 goals and 13 assists for 23 points. His 23 points leads the league in scoring and already surpasses his total of 21 from last year. He is a smart offensive player who uses his deception to create passing lanes and gets the goaltender off his angle when scoring the puck. He moves around the ice well and is difficult for his opponents to contain. What has been impressive this year about Marschanok is the fact he is scoring at this clip vs some tough opponents.
