2021-2022 Players to watch
Seth Manning - ‘01 Defenseman
Manning is entering his third year of Junior Hockey with the Brahmas, playing over 80 games and accumulating 44 points on the blue line. His game has rounded out over the least two season and will be expected to play every situation for his team. Coaches at the division 3 level will be attracted to his length, skating and defensive habits. Seth will be attending Training Camp with the Lone Star Brahmas to start the season.
Dolan Gilbert - ‘01 Goaltender
In his rookie season for the Brahmas he posted a 15-2-1 record, 1.53 GAA, .943 SV% and 3 shutouts. He will continue to anchor his team throughout this year and will not only be a top goaltending prospect in the NA3HL but in all of Tier 3 hockey. He is very technical, athletic and competes on every puck. Most importantly he knows how to win hockey games.
Michael Imala - ‘02 Forward
Coming back for his second year with the Brahmas, Imala is expected to play a much bigger role this upcoming season. In a bottom 6 role last year he scored 20 points in 33 games. Imala has amazing lower body strength and is very good at protecting pucks down low and getting off the wall to dangerous areas of the ice. He possesses a very hard and heavy snap shot that he is able to get off in traffic and off balance. He is a player that NAHL teams will look to call up, tender or draft this upcoming season.

Coaches Comments for the 2021-2022 Season
General Manager Ryan Anderson:
“We are a team in transition but we also feel like our young players are ready and able to step up. Anytime you move on players such as Tyler Blanchard, Jack Cooper, Leevi Selanne, Jacob Kalandyk, Ian Erdman, and Shane Ditullio your program misses them. Not only did they produce on the ice they were amazing leaders in the locker room. We expect players like Seth Manning, Padraig McEnery, Micah Maldonado, Michael Imala, and Ben Mondou to step up and fill their shoes. We have the utmost confidence that these players are ready and able to do the job.”
“It was fantastic that our league was able to complete our season last year during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. We are excited to be back on a normal schedule for this upcoming season and the return of our league’s marquee events with the NA3HL Showcase held in December and NA3HL Top Prospects held in February. These events were greatly missed last year and they are a tremendous opportunity for our players to be seen by the NAHL and NCAA coaches.”
