12.19.21 - U18 & U16
The NAPHL held its U18 and U16 all star games with players representing teams from across the country. The best of the best from the NAPHL were on display, read below for the top players our scouts identified for junior coaches.
U18
Max Geddes - ‘04 Goaltender - Arizona Bobcats
Controlled, aggressive goaltender who loves to cut down angles on first chance opportunities, relying on his athleticism and flexibly to make secondary saves. Geddes, in his 3rd NAPHL year since starting at U15, has put up impressive numbers this year on a strong Bobcats team, posting a 9-4 record, 1.92 GAA and a .938 Save % through 14 games.
Jason Hammett - ‘04 Forward - Arizona Bobcats
Hammett hounded the opposition defense, and had a plan attacking when in possession. Brought an aggressive, yet controlled pace to the line, and showed some skill breaking down 2 defenseman getting a backhand shot off from a clean lateral deke. Followed plays up instead of turning away from net front areas, creating a couple of chances.
Dylan Jensen - ‘03 Forward - Carshield
The 5’11” forward was all over the ice creating offense with and without the puck, finishing with 1 goal 1 assist. Straight line speed created multiple chances, including a breakaway and penalty shot that were both saved. Jensen was impressive with his consistency creating chances shooting or following up plays correctly to find secondary chances. Made a great seeing eye pass on his assist to open the scoring.
